DOCKERS from London's Royal group resumed their picketing of the Midland Cold Storage, Hackney, yesterday.

Three weeks ago five London dockers were jailed for defying an order of the National Industrial Relations Court to stop picketing the depot.

With all Britain's dockers back at work pickets claimed yesterday they were not satisfied with the jobs guarantee obtained by the Jones-Aldingto committee.

'We know there is nothing in it, said one man. 'But with us out here again Jack Jones will be forced to fight.' The pickets attacked the T&GWU leader for accepting the threadbare proposals put to the committee which he chaired with Lord Aldington.

All lorries are being turned back at the depot gates and the men expect Midland may make a fresh application to the NIRC.
